Flexible Cancellation
We offer you the possibility to book with peace of mind thanks to simple and advantageous cancellation conditions:
- Up to 7 days before the scheduled date for the tour or transfer: full refund of the amount paid, without any penalty.
- Between 7 and 4 days before: refund of 50% of the deposit paid.
- Within 72 hours before the experience or in case of no-show: no refund is provided, as our crew, the boat and any additional services will have already been organized exclusively for you.
In Case of Bad Weather
Safety comes first.
In case of bad weather or sea conditions that do not allow the experience to be carried out safely: we will propose, where possible, a new alternative date.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will guarantee a full refund, without additional costs.

- Full insurance coverage
- Latest generation GPS systems
- Regular checks and maintenance
